Role Description We are seeking a few Luxury Real Estate Agents to join our $375M team in the South Bay. This is a full-time role based in Hermosa Beach, CA, with some work from home acceptable. The agent will manage daily tasks such as client consultations, property showings, negotiations, and market analysis. You will utilize our team's resources and leads to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction. • Hold a valid Real Estate License • Proven Track Record • Strong Customer Service and Sales skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team • Familiarity with the South Bay real estate market is a plus • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial Responsibilities: • Consistently prospect, nurture, and convert seller leads generated from team-provided systems, marketing, and database tools. • Conduct listing and buyer consultations using proven KRG scripts, presentations, and certification standards to win business at a high conversion rate. • Leverage full-time administrative, marketing, and listing management support to focus exclusively on income-producing activities. • Maintain daily accountability for conversations, appointments, and listings taken , tracked through SISU dashboards and team scorecards. • Participate in weekly role-play, training, and mastermind sessions to sharpen skills and stay aligned with Tom Ferry / Mike Ferry coaching principles. • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience consistent with the Kaminsky Real Estate Group brand and reputation. • Collaborate with a high-performance culture of agents who are focused on listings, growth, and dominating the South Bay luxury market. Qualifications: • Active California Real Estate License with a minimum of 2+ years full-time experience in residential sales. • Proven production history of 6–8+ closed transactions in the past 12 months (or equivalent $6M+ in volume). • Strong knowledge of the listing process, contracts, negotiations, and local South Bay market dynamics. • Demonstrated ability to generate and convert listing opportunities through prospecting, referrals, or sphere of influence. • Highly coachable and committed to scripts, accountability, and continuous training. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver a luxury client experience. • Tech-savvy and comfortable working within CRM, lead management, and reporting platforms (Follow Up Boss, SISU, etc.). Compensation: $130,000
