Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Great communication and social skills • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Organized and manages time effectively • Tech savvy • Great communication • Real estate license is required to work with clients and earn commissions • Must live in the area Compensation: $140,000 at plan earnings
