Responsibilities: • Represent buyers and sellers in luxury property transactions with professionalism and discretion • Develop and maintain a robust network of high-net-worth clients and industry contacts • Conduct market research and provide clients with comprehensive analysis and insights • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and private tours • Negotiate contracts and guide clients through the entire transaction process • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to promote listings effectively • Stay up-to-date on luxury market trends, property values, and legal regulations Qualifications: • Valid Florida real estate license • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury real estate sales • Proven sales success and client relationship management skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion • Proficiency with real estate CRM software and digital marketing tools Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000
