We are looking for a seasoned Luxury Retail Sales Professional to join the LaSource team as a Sales Leader. The ideal candidate is personable, presentable and dedicated to providing best-in-class experiences to our/their clients.

Primary Responsibilities to include, but shall not be limited to:

• Clienteling/Wardrobing and Styling for LaSource customers at a luxury retail level
• Goal-Setting and Team Leadership. Candidate will be responsible for motivating and assisting the sales team in achieving objectives.
• Product Knowledge: Candidate should be well-versed in fashion manufacturing, product origin and be knowledgeable on the history and mission of each of the brands in-store, as well as assisting in training the sales team in such matters.

Compensation $26 - $30/hr depending on experience. Performance Bonus Full-Time Paid Vacation and Benefits after 90 days
