Someone who can create a calm experience for our guests while confidently keeping a busy front desk running beautifully behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Spa Concierge, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience. You’ll:

• Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality • Guide guests through a seamless check-in and check-out experience • Manage appointments, scheduling, phones, and guest requests with professionalism • Help guests discover services, enhancements, memberships, and retail products they’ll love • Anticipate needs and look for those little opportunities to make someone’s visit extra special • Keep our front desk and guest areas polished, organized, and spa-ready • Support special events, promotions, and memorable guest experiences • Work closely with our massage, esthetics, and leadership teams to keep each day running smoothly

Hospitality, spa, salon, retail, hotel, restaurant, or other guest-facing experience is a plus.
