What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting clients with their travel needs. ​​

Research and secure the best cruise options (river & ocean) based on client preferences and criteria. ​​

Coordinate air quotes with Global First Travel and support our Luxury Travel Operations Manager in arranging custom trips. ​​

Collaborate with our tour department to manage the intricate details of group tours. ​​

Handle corporate and budget travel inquiries by collecting client information and liaising with our remote agent. ​​

Maintain and organize electronic data, documents, and notes using our systems (Z Drive, FMP, CRM, WE Travel). ​​

Stay updated on travel policies, procedures, and evolving industry regulations. ​​

What We're Looking For:

A self-starter with exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills. ​​

Someone who is laser-focused on attention to detail and highly motivated to deliver the ultimate level of customer service. ​​

Familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM experience is a plus. ​​

Knowledge of European travel and geography is an asset. ​​

English business writing skills are essential; foreign language abilities are a bonus. ​​

Previous exposure to the travel industry is preferred but not required. ​​
