    Position Overview:

    An exclusive private family ranch in Wyoming seeks an experienced, polished, and discreet Luxury Estate Manager to oversee and manage the care of a 33,000 sq ft primary residence and guest house on the property. The ideal candidate will bring a background in luxury hospitality , high-end estate care , and event planning , paired with the ability to work independently , solve problems quickly, and foster positive working relationships with ranch staff, vendors, and the property management team.

    This is an onsite, full-time position with demanding hours during the ranch's busy season (April – October). The role requires someone who can thrive in a remote, rural setting and handle harsh Wyoming winters with resilience and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Full charge housekeeping of 33,000 sq ft estate and guest house
    • Detailed cleaning, care, and preservation of high-end finishes, artwork, antiques, and furnishings
    • Daily organization of wardrobes, closets, linens, and personal items
    • Laundry management, fine garment care, and ironing
    • Oversight of household inventory and procurement of supplies
    • Coordination and execution of high-end private events and ranch entertaining
    • Work closely with the operations & leadership team at guest ranch when event planning at residence (Activities, Food & Beverage, Spa & Concierge)
    • Welcoming and caring for family members and VIP guests with white-glove service
    • Liaison with ranch staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless operation of the estate
    • Seasonal deep cleans and property openings/closings
    • Travel support and occasional packing/unpacking assistance
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with grace under pressure
    • Proactively identify and resolve potential household issues
    • Provide support to broader ranch operations as needed
    • Work closely with leadership from guest ranch to execute flawless service at residence

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury estate housekeeping or 5-star hospitality environments
    • Event planning and execution experience in private settings or luxury venues
    • Professional, discreet, and highly trustworthy with respect for family privacy
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
    • Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small professional team
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; relationship-builder
    • Resourceful and proactive problem solver
    • Willingness and stamina to work 15+ hour days during the peak season
    • Comfort with rural living and able to handle harsh winter conditions
    • Valid driver's license with clean driving record

    Preferred:

    • Background in private ranch or resort settings
    • Familiarity with smart home systems and luxury household operations
    • Experience working with estate management software
    • CPR/First Aid Certification
