Responsibilities: •  Learn San Diego community amenities, schools, and housing market data • Prospect daily for new business, calling past clients and sphere, and following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth. • Nurture relationships to generate more sales • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Highly responsive to new lead inquiries  Qualifications: • Must have a minimum of one year of real estate sales experience and have closed real estate escrows • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently and efficiently • Experience using Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Have a customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Extensive knowledge of San Diego from Oceanside to Imperial Beach and East • Enthusiasm for daily discipline, accountability, and time blocking  • Ability to communicate effectively - orally and written • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Fast thinker and problem-solver Compensation: $100,000
