Responsibilities: Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Highly responsive to lead inquiries Qualifications: Top-notch time management skills and highly organized Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) A successful and proven sales history is preferred Tech savvy • Customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Deep knowledge of San Diego communities from Oceanside to Imperial Beach and East • Enthusiasm for learning and using technology • Ability to communicate effectively - orally and written • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Independent and Self Motivated • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Fast thinker and problem-solver Compensation: $100,000
