Responsibilities: Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner Qualifications: Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language Independent and self motivated Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising Compensation: $75,000
