Responsibilities: Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Excellent communication and negotiating skills Have a good sense of marketing, sales and advertising Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language Independent and self motivated Compensation: $75,000
