Responsibilities: Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality • Manage CRM • Coachable • Help in team sales and ancillary businesses Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and time management skills Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales 4-year college degree required Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well • Tech savvy • Coachable • Real Estate License required Compensation: $75,000 - $110,000
