Responsibilities: • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options, and analytical data • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market prices to clients • Commercial Lead generation • Commercial lead follow-up • CRM and database mastery • Follow the plan • Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals Qualifications: • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Self motivated and self sufficient • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Independent and self-motivated • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Commission opportunity • A real estate license is required • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan
