Responsibilities: • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Commercial Lead generation • Commercial lead follow up • CRM and database mastery • Follow the plan • Nurture in house agents and teams for referrals Qualifications: • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Independent and self motivated • Have a good sense of marketing, sales and advertising • Commission opportunity • Real estate license required • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan
