Responsibilities: Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients • Lead follow up • Real Estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Execute consultations Qualifications: Must have great communication and interpersonal skills Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry Real estate license required High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan
