Responsibilities: Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage’s standards Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and all real estate transactions Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate law Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team • Team database and individual sales Qualifications: Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license • Real estate license • Broker license or in process preferred Compensation: $75,000 - $115,000
