Responsibilities: Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings • Find acquisition properties • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Close Sales Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 commissions
