You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. Ideally, applicants are personable and can balance relationships with multiple candidates at one time. Real estate sales and lead generation are also roles in this opportunity. Responsibilities: Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis • Lead generation • Team and individual sales • Set appointments • Close sales Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and time management skills • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 at plan
