Responsibilities: Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Qualifications: Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies At least one year of work experience in real estate sales Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000
