You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. Ideally, applicants are personable and can balance relationships with multiple candidates at one time. Real estate sales is part of this opportunity. Responsibilities: • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful • Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Individual sales • Set appointments for recruiting and RE sales • Close sales • Sales talk mastery • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well • Superb time management and organizational skills • Familiar with online job posting tools • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions
