Responsibilities: • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Follow the expansion team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery • Close Sales Qualifications: • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Has a real estate license • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcase a clear understanding of the real estate industry • Commission opportunity • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Has a real estate license • Must live in the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan
