Responsibilities: • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Team and individual sales and lead generation • Convert buyers • Convert showings to sales • Lead follow up • Sales scripts and objection handler mastery • Set appointments Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Real estate license • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 at plan
