Responsibilities: • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Team and individual sales and lead generation • Convert buyers • Convert showings to sales • Lead follow up • Sales scripts and objection handler mastery • Set appointments Qualifications: • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Real estate license • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 at plan
