Responsibilities: • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close appointments • Database and CRM Mastery • Close sales • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan
