Responsibilities: • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close appointments • Database and CRM Mastery • Close sales • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Driven to succeed in sales and in life • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan
