Who will you report to?

As a Senior Project Architect, you will report to the Senior Partner and Discipline manager of the design team

Location of this opportunity: Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:

• Designing, analyzing, detailing and documenting academic and research laboratory buildings
• Preparing technical drawings and specifications to ensure that their construction conforms to specifications, codes, standards and client requirements
• Coordinating with both architecture and engineering team members to deliver an integrated set of documents across all disciplines
• Working with BIM modeling for integration and coordination of building systems and distribution
• Leading the project team

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture
• Minimum 15 years of experience in building design and documentation, academic and research experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of Revit 2015 preferred
• Superb production, analytical and communication skills
