QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong professional background in Architecture and/or Interior Architecture contract documentation

• 3+ years of experience in assembling interior architectural construction documents, space planning, elevations and details, ADA, Title 24, and code compliance

• Experience in field verification and as-built documentation experience

• Proficient inAUTOCAD ARCHITECTURE 2016 IS REQUIRED

• Team player that likes to engage on projects

• Detail oriented

• Strong communicator who is highly approachable and likes taking on responsibility

• Excellent organization skills

• High level of interpersonal skills who works well in a highly collaborative environment

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree with experience preferred

• Photoshop & SketchUp is a plus
