What You Will Do

-Work with clients on multiple levels, documentation coordination with needed parties

-Assist in communication between not only the project team, but vendors, contractors, and consultants

-Resolve complex issues with team

-Direct production of drawings, specifications and construction administration tasks

-Oversee delivery of documents with design intent and top-notch technical quality

-Provide mentorship for junior staff

-Oversee project manual and specifications

-Conduct on-site observations and document site reviews

-Onsite reviews

-Involvement in budgets and financials throughout projects

-Ensure successful delivery of project

-Manage the expectation of clients and team communication

Your Qualifications

-Registered Architect, or in process of licensure.

-Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited school required

-5 – 10 years of related experience, including demonstrated success on commercial office building and building re-positioning project types

-Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD

-Knowledge of building codes

-Understanding of how buildings are constructed and the ability to create technical documents

-Previous experience working throughout the entire lifecycle of projects

-Ability to work on multiple projects

-Fantastic communication skills, client management experience preferred
