    Job Description

    We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our clients and their potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively booking appointments on behalf of our clients by building rapport and trust. Keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. 

    Responsibilities

    • Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner (high call volume)
    • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
    • Identify customers’ needs, and clarify information
    • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
    • Learn how to effectively navigate through our CRM
    • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
    • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

     

    Qualifications

    • Ability to muti-task
    • Computer Literacy
    • Ability to work occasional weekends
    • Phone Experience
    • CRM or Ticketing Systems experience preferred
