    Job Description

    Our client, a cutting-edge delivery platform that recently arrived on the NY scene, is looking for an HR Manager to join their rapidly growing corporate team. 

    YOUR DAY

    • Organize and manage an active hiring process for a variety of different departments.
    • Partner with the staffing companies on hiring opportunities, job postings, advertising.
    • Conduct initial candidate interviews 
    • Help with planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
    • Partner with the company’s management establishing a recruiting and retention plan 
    • Establish and conduct orientation and training programs.
    • Participate in developing and implementing employee benefits programs 
    • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
    • Create and maintain a historical file of human resources related records 
    • Provide employee counseling
    • Providing recommendations on policies and procedures.

    ABOUT YOU

    • 3+ years of management experience a Human Resources 
    • Skilled in policy design, benefits, compensation, and compliance
    • Exceptional written and communication skills 
    • Ability to encourage and motivate staff 
    • Prior experience in retail food sales is a plus
