Prepare and file court forms for our pro per clients, working remotely in your home or office. You may take  new client intake phone calls if desired. Work your own hours. Must have good home office set up with PC , printer  scanner, phone etc . Earning potential for part time work betweeen $200 to $400 per week depending on time worked. Paid weekly as independent contractor on $1099

Legal Document Assistant company. We have filed over 13,000 eviction cases over the past 12 years. Most cases are filed for our clients in pro per. When cases are contested many of our clients request an attorney to appear, to try the case. We arrange to have attorney meet the plaintiff at the courthouse. No need to sub-in, as all appearances are made on a limited scope representation agreement. Payment for each appearance is $250. We are also looking to add an intake specialist to take in new cases. This is independent work you may handle by talking to new clients who contact us from our advertising. You may work any time for as much , or as little time as you wish. We pay for each new paid order.
