Our investment team consists of the most knowledgeable, results-driven brokers backed by the most innovative and scalable technology the commercial real estate industry has to offer.

Our Long Beach office is currently looking for a Client Services Coordinator to provide general support for the office by performing a variety of clerical tasks. You will often be the first point of contact people have with the company, so a personable and professional demeanor are a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the front desk reception area, greeting all visitors
• Answers and routes calls to the appropriate parties
• Accurately takes and delivers messages
• Keeps a calendar of conference room meeting
• Ensure that rooms are clean and supplies are stocked for meetings
• Accepts and signs for packages
• Maintains clean and orderly office environment.
• Communicates with cleaning company to coordinate any larger cleaning needs.
• Keeps a log of office supplies, takes inventory, and restocking as needed.
• Maintains a checkout list of shared items within the office.
• Maintains a clean digital filing system
• Digitally files all receipts
• Coordinates in-office events
• Manages company social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Youtube, etc)
• Research property details
• Data entry into Salesforce
• Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Comfortable handling phones
• Familiarity with social media
• Prior customer service experience is a bonus
