Job Summary:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will handle various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Provide general administrative support to various departments.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
Coordinate and organize meetings and events.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
