Lyra Technology Group is looking for a talented analyst to join our team! This is an opportunity to learn about private equity, the technology business, and build operational and management skills.

We made our first acquisition at the beginning of 2018. Now, we hold a controlling stake in 20+ companies and are continuing to grow. Our companies employ over 700 team members and sit across the United States and Canada. Each company is led by its own management team and we are incredibly proud of the work they do.

What sets us apart are three things: our buy and hold strategy, our company's local autonomous management, and our scale.

1. Unlike typical Private Equity investments with a three-to-five-year liquidation strategy, we buy businesses and invest in them for the long-term. We believe in the value of our acquisitions and want to grow.

And it's working…2022 was our best year yet. We exceeded our revenue goals and finished the year with 100% employee engagement.

Your work as an Analyst involves several components:

1. Learn the metrics and KPIs of our businesses, allowing contributions to platform-wide projects and initiatives.
2. Spend time immersed in our Operating Companies, getting hands on mentorship from senior leaders.
3. Develop cross-functional skills in areas like operations and people management.
4. Gain M&A experience by contributing to the diligence and onboarding processes for new acquisitions
5. Work closely with our Board to better understand our strategy and how to executive.
