    MARKET OPPORTUNITY

    Lyte has an opportunity to radically improve the customer experience in a sector that has seen fundamentally little innovation over the last three decades. Lyte's three-sided marketplace is both reducing risk and redefining the customer experience in a way that grows the overall market. More than a dozen of the world's top primary ticketing companies have integrated Lyte into their platforms, including AEG's Elevate, Live Nation's Front Gate, and Eventbrite.

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    Lyte's new Systems Support Analyst will join the Platform Engineering Operations team that bridges the gap between Product, Engineering, and our External Fan/Client Services teams. In this role you'll be troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving, cataloging, and communicating internal system issues and escalations across our platform, supporting of our Fan experience. Lyte is a high-growth company, so we're seeking a strong detail-oriented liaison to aid in bringing our vision to fruition. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborate with Engineering Operations to manage on time delivery schedule
    • Generate, modify, and manage engineering resource documentation for internal training
    • Train and support staff on product updates, as needed
    • Gather product requirements and feedback from internal user for escalation
    • Contribute to Quality Assurance efforts on the engineering team

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor in Related Business or Engineering Field
    • 2-4 Years of experience troubleshooting technology platforms 
    • Proficiency with Python and JSON troubleshooting (read code/run scripts)
    • A passion and interest in the future of live entertainment
    • Ability to work confidently under pressure in a face-paced environment.
    • Ability to work within multinational time zone deadlines
    • Proficient in Word, spreadsheets, and Powerpoint
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Remote Role
