    SALES OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

    Lyte is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to be a daily organizational and administrative resource to the Sales and Business Development teams, actively engaged in a number of tasks that support our global sales efforts. This role will assist with a variety of departmental projects, helping to keep Sales Executives focused on their primary task of selling. You will be the foundation of the Sales team in the US and directly responsible for helping drive sales and enabling a remote team to quickly train and grow.

    This role will:

    • Be responsible as the primary administrator of Lyte's CRM (Copper) for maintaining sales pipelines, as well as leveraging the tool for maximum value
    • Create and update client decks, demos, proposals, and various marketing tools for use by the Sales team, utilizing proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Design products, Google Apps, and KeyNote
    • Maintain an organized file system for the Sales team and manage the contents therein including client contracts, reports, statistics, and sales collateral
    • Provide administrative meeting support for all Sales-related meetings
    • Responsible for keeping up to date on all industry knowledge with research projects, including Lyte's competitors and deliverables related to upcoming conferences
    • Collect and document sales on boarding materials, FAQs, best practices, and operational procedures to enable efficient and streamlined training as we grow our team

    Skills needed to be successful:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar concentration from a four-year college or university
    • 1-3 years sales support experience in a related field, including internships – previous work in a technology or startup environment a strong plus
    • Committed to quality, accuracy and consistency, including adherence to brand standards
    • Highly proactive with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic
    • Well-organized and detail-oriented
    • Flexible, collaborative, team player
    • Proficient with Google Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Design products, and KeyNote
