    Real Estate Listing Sales Agent needed to join our growing agency. The Listing Agent will be responsible for gaining listings through leads, advertising, referrals and repeat business. We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal and multitasking skills. Professionalism is a must. As our Listing Agent you will be meeting with prospective clients to sell their home. Learning our listing presentation and the ability to present our value proposition in a professional manner is a must. You’ll be supported every step of the way with continuing education and training, a dedicated administrative and marketing staff and a team who always have each other’s backs. Responsibilities: Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure great customer service Work alongside Buyers' Agents to ensure contracts are negotiated to closing Provide a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing Conduct listing presentations with leads to increase client base Stage, price and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly • Conduct market analysis and work with clients to stage, price and market homes to achieve a quick sale • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings to ensure quick sales • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Always be networking to help acquire new business Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Self-motivated and self sufficient Quick on your feet and good at problem solving Embraces a team-focused environment Enjoys talking on the phone and can convert lead inquiries into appointments Quick learner who is technologically savvy and able to learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing technologies • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Self-motivated and self sufficient • Team player invested in the success of others • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Compensation: $75,000
