We are expanding our company and looking for an energetic, driven individual to join our team. M Anthony Designs is an interior design firm located in Miami (Wynwood), we specialize in high-end residential design. We focus on custom luxury products while managing quality and comfort. We currently have numerous projects underway from Natucket to Miami, including a condo unit at The Faena House and One Ocean, a large single family house on Miami Beach and an stunning modern home in Palm Beach. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translate brand ideology into unique spaces and experiences
• Develop full set of construction plans (plans, elevations, schedules, etc.)
• Coordinate mechanical, electric, and plumbing
• Coordinate with various vendors and contractors throughout the design process to achieve finished product
• Manage client relations including presentations
• Meet multiple, tight deadlines while working on various projects concurrently
• Conduct job site inspections

SKILLS NEEDED:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an interior design/architecture firm, with knowledge of architectural detailing and project management
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be a creative and innovative thinker
• Understand conceptual development and space planning and be able to implement into drawings and visual presentations
• Knowledge of customization in millwork and furniture
• Detail oriented and organized
• Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills
• Efficiency in time management
• Ability to be a leader and take initiative
• Motivated, with a positive attitude

• Microsoft Excel
