Key Responsibilities:

• Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized construction yard by regularly removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials.

• Equipment Care: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on construction equipment and machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and reporting any issues for repair.

• Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels for construction materials, tools, and supplies, and assist with restocking as needed.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that safety equipment and signage are in place and in good condition.

• Yard Organization: Ensure that construction materials and equipment are properly stored and easily accessible to the construction team.

• Snow and Ice Removal: During inclement weather, clear snow and ice from walkways and driveways to maintain safe access.

• Reporting: Document maintenance activities and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

• All other duties as assigned
