Job Overview
We're looking for a positive, motivated candidate to join our Service Team as a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) .
We don't just sell. We provide a service post closing that allows our customers to become apart of our agency community.
We are masters at learning and adapting with the market. Each Service Team member is consistent and creative in how to best serve our clients. Selling is important, but that doesn't come without building relationships, educating and adding value, and ensuring our clients are appropriately protected. We count on our Service Team to show our clients that level of attention once in our book of business.

Primary Job Activities The Primary objective of the CSR is to provide our customers with a superior agency experience that reaches well beyond the initial purchase of insurance. We deliver to our community positive impact made through kindness, efficiency and trusted insurance guidance.
Here are a few of the activities for the CSR.
Service Related
Rate Changes
Claims issues & questions
Assist with incoming phone calls
Help with billing issues and policy transactions
Manage our Personal Insurance Review program
Other items to deliver outstanding customer experience
Sales Related
Assist team with quoting personal lines insurance
Cross-sell while assisting current customers
Follow up with customers to complete post-sale process
Build relationships with referral partners (mortgage lenders, real estate agents, etc.)
Maintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products written
