    M.E. FLOW is looking to hire a FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REP with a can-do attitude to join either our LEESBURG OR ALEXANDRIA, VA team.     This Customer Service Rep position earns a COMPETITIVE WAGE of $16.00 TO $20.00 PER HOUR, based on experience, and works 8-HOUR SHIFTS BETWEEN 7:00 AM AND 7:00 PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY with a rotating schedule to provide coverage on weekends and certain holidays.     A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

    As a Customer Service Rep, you are the voice of our company! You provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly by answering customer phone calls and scheduling appointments in our busy call-center! Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons that our clients enjoy doing business with us. A majority of your day is spent closing out tickets, documenting technician arrival and departure times, resolving customer concerns, and assisting managers in administrative tasks as needed. You are never bored, as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. With pride, you keep the office clean and organized. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy!

    CSR QUALIFICATIONS

    • At least 2 years of experience scheduling appointments and/or dispatching in a call center
    • Completed high school diploma
    • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite
    • Can work some weekends and evenings
    • EXPERIENCE WITH DISPATCH OR CALL LOGGING SOFTWARE WOULD BE A PLUS!
