    M.E. FLOW is calling all customer service professionals who are interested in a FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) job in either the LEESBURG OR ALEXANDRIA, VA area to apply to join our amazing office team!

    WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

    As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for us, you support the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service team by answering customer phone calls and scheduling appointments in our busy call-center! You get to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person. Your primary responsibilities will be to close out tickets, document technician arrival and departure times, resolve customer concerns, and assist managers in administrative tasks as needed. There will always be a variety of office tasks that you can help with, including keeping the office clean and organized. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!

    • 2 years of experience scheduling appointments and/or dispatching in a call center
    • High school diploma
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite
    • Ability to work some weekends and evenings
    • EXPERIENCE WITH DISPATCH OR CALL LOGGING SOFTWARE WOULD BE A PLUS!
