We are a high-performance real estate investment and development firm on the lookout for a Call-Center Lead Specialist. This person will be the first point of contact when homeowners inquire about selling us their homes or properties. We want them to feel comfortable with our company and give them the information they need to decide what is best for them! Are you great on the phone and with people? Do you want a job that isn't boring because each client's life and property situation is unique? This is the role for you! Upon submitting an application, you will receive an automatic email with an assessment to complete, which is required prior to scheduling an interview! This position is primarily remote BUT YOU MUST BE BASED IN INDIANAPOLIS, IN area to attend weekly team meetings. Responsibilities: • Answer every call and gather information about the property • Build rapport with prospects and clients to progress the sales process • Use online tools to gather property details • Schedule sales appointments • Contact all potential leads and follow up in a timely manner to drive the business forward • Manage CRM's Qualifications: • Personable, highly engaging, and builds rapport quickly • Good spoken and written communication skills and works well with teams • Extremely organized and detail-oriented • Multitasker capable of utilizing multiple software programs • Problem solver • Loves to learn and grow • Self-motivated • Additional beneficial qualification: Familiar with home-ownership - maintenance, buying/selling, etc. (real estate experience is not required) Compensation: $40,000 yearly
