Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Assistant Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with customer inquiries
• Assist with entering and processing orders
• Provide information about the products
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions

• Previous experience in customer service, bookkeeping, accounting, or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent computer (ie excel spreadsheets, email communication) and verbal communication skills
