BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER – SERVICE BDC REPRESENTATIVE

The opportunity you've been waiting for! Capital is looking for professional individuals to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand. Previous "Business Development Center" BDC, customer service, automotive parts/ service experience is helpful, however formal training is provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• Receive all inbound service calls and Coordinate schedules of service advisors and service appointments.
• Provide outbound service calls to current and potential customers regarding 1st service appointments, recalls and missed service appointments.
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealership’s standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

REQUIREMENTS (INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• No Experience required (customer service experience preferred).
• 3-6 months of previous professional experience with over-the-phone customer service a PLUS!
• Automotive experience a PLUS!
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must be engaging, inquisitive, curious with willing to help attitude.
• Excellent writing and typing skills.
• A desire and ability to work in a fast pace performance and process driven environment.
• Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Self- starter and self- motivator.
• Bilingual - a plus.
