• Follow up and management of the Turnaround process.

• Lead the development, implementation and follow-up of plant Turnaround schedules.

• Responsible to develop, communicate, review, organize and refine Turnaround plans and schedules.

• Develop the overall Turnaround master plan and coordinate requisitions of materials/parts, tools, additional resources and external services, in coordination with maintenance supervisors and all departments involved in the shutdown.

• Supervise the activities execution during the Turnaround and issue daily progress updates.

• Oversee the main contracts, (General Maintenance Contract, Painting Contract, Gas Turbine Power Generation and Frame 7 contracts).

• Create the scoope of work for any contracts required to support the routine, non-planned maintenance and turnarounds, summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.

• Work closely with procurement department to implement the contracts for Asset Maintenance.

• Review the proposal from vendors and prepare the evaluation criteria for contract preparation.

• Reviewing and updating existing contracts, analyzing the potential risk involved with specify terms.

• Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met.

• Report status of current contract processes.

• Comply with directives, plans, procedures plans guidelines, legal requirement and others adopted by company commitments with regards to Quiality, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE).

Required Skills

• Knowledge of process and operations shift work.

• Knowledge of MOC and Turnaround process.

- Knowledge of SAP, Primavera, MS Project.

- Knowledge of Project Management tools.

- Knowledge of Costs management tools.

Required Experience

• Between 3-6 years of direct experience required.
