    COLLECTIONS CALL CENTER AGENTS will pursue past-due accounts according to the Company's Standard Operating procedures and government regulations in order to achieve delinquency objectives without sacrificing customer service standards.

    • Persuade delinquent customers to become current while using professionalism, tact and adhering to all applicable collection laws.

    • Achieves production goals and standards for servicing delinquent accounts without sacrificing quality of service.

    • Follows Client Operating Standards, State and Federal Legal requirements and regulations in regards to collections.

    • Accurately and thoroughly notate each account with efforts performed and results attained.

    • Process credit card and check cards by phone.

    DAY SHIFTS AVAILABLE, WORK ONE LATE NIGHT A WEEK, AND 1 SATURDAY PER MONTH

    Start at $12 per hour- Hourly rate increases available after 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year based on meeting minimum performance targets

    AVERAGE COLLECTION AGENT PERFORMERS EARN $381.00 IN MONTHLY BONUS

    TOP COLLECTION AGENT PERFORMERS EARN $1000.00 IN MONTHLY BONUS

    Potential increases are- $12.50 after 30 days, $12.75 after 90 days, $13.00 after 6 months $13.50 after 1 year + additional increases after that.

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

    Must have knowledge of construction skills including carpentry; reading blueprints; use of hand and power tools and possess a both a technical and mechanical aptitude.  Customer-service oriented with good verbal and written communication skills.  Position is required to interact with a variety of people including customers, vendors, and employees from other departments.  Must be adaptable and have the flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ability to coordinate several activities simultaneously.  Must possess decision-making and problem-solving abilities to select among alternative courses of action within budget limitations; detail-oriented for time management effectiveness.  A working knowledge of Outlook and Build Pro is a plus.
