    Casa Systems, Inc. is seeking to hire a BENEFITS COORDINATOR to join its growing Human Resources team located at its corporate headquarters based in Andover, MA, USA which is located about 30 minutes north of Boston.

     

    The Benefits Coordinator will impact the company by supporting our global benefits programs. As a key contributor on the Rewards Team, the Benefits Coordinator will administer and communicate the benefits program regarding plan options, policy features, enrollment, and other requirements. Specifically, processing new hire notifications and enrollments, COBRA administration, termination notifications, monitoring benefit emails, responding to employee inquiries, as well as work with vendors to resolve claim processing issues.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Perform global benefit plans and programs administration ensuring timely enrollment, termination, communication, and data integrity.
    • Resolve employee benefits inquiries.
    • Validate qualifying life events and benefits plan eligibility.
    • Audit vendor files and reports to mitigate and resolve any issues.
    • Audit monthly benefits invoices for reconciliation and payment.
    • Perform COBRA benefits administration; including notifications, payment tracking, and reconciliations.
    • Perform Leaves of Absences (paid and unpaid) administration.
    • Perform Virtual Incentive program administration.
    • Perform Education Assistance program administration.
    • 401(k) plan administration; including loan approvals, distribution validation, and biweekly funding.
    • Support global benefits compliance activities; including tracking and reporting.
    • Prepare ad-hoc reports.
    • Participate and support the delivery of global benefits at scheduled new hire orientation.
    • Assist in the annual benefits open enrollment planning process, system set-up, reporting, auditing, and reconciliations.
    • Participate in ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed that may be in other areas of rewards.
    • Serve as an alternate backup for front desk duties.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    • Undergraduate degree.
    • 2+ to 5 years of related benefits administration experience.
    • Able and willing to work in the office.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
    • Understanding of benefits practices, policies, and philosophy.
    • Collaborative team player who can effectively interact with multiple working styles, as well as, and all levels of the organization.

    • Strong organization skills and capable of prioritizing work with competing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Professional level communication skills; verbal and written.

    • Computer literate; MS office experience including Word, Excel (including filtering, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint.
