The PRINCIPAL ALGORITHM DESIGN ENGINEER will impact the organization by working with our design team to help architect and implement solutions for a wide range of challenging problems related with 5G PHY Layer implementation and optimization, designing and implementing OFDM, LDPC, novel, adaptive massive MIMO solutions, echo cancellation algorithms and new 5G standards from 3GPP.

Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate given information relative to costing and pricing principles and guidelines. Persuasive attitude with strong negotiation, organizational and detail-oriented aptitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of people inside and outside the organization. Ability to read blueprints; mathematical aptitude to perform calculations; and computer literacy to work with estimating programs. Thorough knowledge of new construction plans, building codes, specifications and products.
