    REPORTING TO: Director, IT

     

    OPPORTUNITY:

    GetWellNetwork’s IT Automation Engineer will work with our IT team to manage and support our desktop users' Mac, Windows and Linux systems in an enterprise environment through automation, tools and scripting.  GetWellNetwork is currently utilizing ManageEngine Desktop Central as the primary tool for user laptop management and centralized configuration management.  The IT Automation Engineer will work closely with our Information Security team to ensure all systems are hardened, configured and remotely managed per corporate policies and international standards.

    This position is based in our Bethesda, MD office with occasional travel to our other offices. 

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    System Automation

    • Scripted setup, validation, testing and management of all systems
    • Installation and removal of software from system based on user role using scripting, packaging and configuration management tools

    Use innovative analytical approaches to proactively solve a broad range of problems across technologies.

    Working with Security to harden and audit to defined compliance standards.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other related field
    • 2+ years’ of IT system automation experience: developing, creating, testing and maintaining scripts in Bash, Python and/or PowerShell for all deployments
    • Proficient with Mac; experience with Windows and Linux Command Line Utilities is a plus
    • Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information including but not limited to ePHI and PHI in accordance with organizational policy and Federal, State, and local regulations.

     

    EVEN BETTER:

    • Experience with ManageEngine's Desktop Central, Jamf or similar endpoint management solution
    • Experience with Windows Desktop Management and/or Windows Server Management
    • Linux Administration knowledge
    • Network Administration knowledge

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications

    Must be licensed in Kentucky as a RN (Compact State). Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Must have excellent clinical and customer service skills. ER or Critical Care experience preferred Preference given to candidates with the following certifications: BAC, ACLS, TNCC and CEN

    BLS Certification - American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider) required, must be current.
